Context

When doing outreach through channels like LinkedIn, you may not always have a contact's email address available. However, when attempting to create a new contact, the system currently requires an email address to be provided.

Answer

At this time, an email address is required to create a new contact. There is no workaround available to bypass this requirement. If you are reaching out through LinkedIn or another channel where you do not yet have the contact's email address, we recommend obtaining their email before adding them as a contact in the system.
