Dashboards built around your team
Last updated: September 24, 2026
Every team sees its business differently
Your sales leader wants a Monday pipeline view. Your founder wants to see which deals slipped this week. RevOps is tracking meeting conversion by rep, and finance is watching forecast against actual.
Same data, different questions. Your dashboards should answer yours.
This guide walks you through two simple ways to build exactly the reports you need on top of your Dreamteam data. No technical skills required: describe what you want in plain English, and AI builds it for you.
Building it together
We'd love to build your first report with you. Here's how that usually goes.
We start with a conversation. We learn how your team looks at its numbers, what decisions the report should help with, and who will use it.
We build it alongside you. Our team works with you inside your chosen platform to get your first report live, connected to your Dreamteam data and looking the way you want.
We keep it lean. AI platforms charge by usage, so we plan and build carefully to keep your spend low.
We set your team up for success. By the time the first report is live, your team knows how to tweak it, extend it and build the next one, whenever inspiration strikes.
Because the platform account is yours, your dashboards are always in your hands. You can change a report the night before a board meeting without waiting on anyone. And whenever you want a second pair of eyes, a new idea, or help with a tricky number, we're right here.
Path A: No-code app builders
These platforms turn a plain-English description into a real, working web app. Your dashboard gets its own link, and your whole team opens it like any other tool. Choose this path when many people rely on the report, check it often, need data that stays up to date, and you want control over who can see it.
Emergent
Great if you want the simplest start at a low price.
Step by step
Create your account. Go to
app.emergent.sh/registerand sign up with Google, GitHub, Apple or email.Choose a plan. Open Pricing and select Standard ($20/month).
Create a new project. Start a new project from your home screen. When asked to pick an agent, choose E-1. It handles dashboard-sized projects well.
Invite our team. with Dreamteam
As the project owner, invite our team member as a Member. We'll share the email to use.
Build together. with Dreamteam
We connect your Dreamteam data and build the first version of your report with you. You review it using Emergent's preview link and tell us what to change.
Go live. Click Deploy. It takes about 10-15 minutes. Then share the link with your team.
Make it yours. Ask Emergent for changes in plain English whenever you like. For updates, use Redeploy rather than a brand-new deployment, so your app keeps its link and data. Optional: profile icon, then Connect GitHub, to keep a copy of your app's code.
Keep usage low
Ask for one change per message.
Start with a few key features, then add more.
Say "don't start coding yet" while you're still deciding what you want.
Plans and pricing
Plan | Price | Monthly credits |
|---|---|---|
Free | $0 | 10 (not enough for a dashboard) |
Standard (Recommended) | $20 / month | 100 |
Pro | $200 / month | 750 |
Hosting a live app uses 50 credits a month. Extra credits can be bought any time and never expire.
Other Builders
Already using another builder, or want to compare?
Lovable
Step by step
Create your account. Go to
lovable.devand sign up with email, Google, GitHub or Apple.Choose a plan. Upgrade to Pro or Business.
Create a new project. Describe your dashboard in a sentence or two in the prompt box to create the project.
Invite our team. with Dreamteam
Go to Settings > People and invite our team member as an Editor. Optional: set a monthly credit limit for that member so spend stays predictable.
Build together. with Dreamteam
We use Lovable's Plan mode first to agree on the design before building, which keeps usage low. We connect your Dreamteam data securely and build the first version with you. You see a live preview next to the chat and can point at anything you want changed.
Go live. Click Publish (top right). Your dashboard goes live on its own link. On Business, set access to Workspace so only your colleagues can open it. Optional: use your own web address under Project > Settings > Domains.
Make it yours. Ask for changes in the chat, or click on any part of the preview to edit it directly. After making changes, click Publish > Publish changes so your team sees them. Optional: connect GitHub to keep a copy of your code.
Keep usage low
Use Plan mode before building anything big.
Use visual edits (clicking the preview) for colours, labels and layout.
Keep each request small and specific.
Plans and pricing
Plan | Price | Credits |
|---|---|---|
Free | $0 | 5 a day (up to 30 a month) |
Pro (Recommended) | $25 / month | 100 a month, plus 5 a day |
Business | $50 / month | Same credits, plus company-only access and SSO |
Unused monthly credits roll over, and you can invite as many teammates as you like at no extra cost.
Pro or Business? If your dashboard should only open for people signed in to your company workspace, choose Business. On Pro, published links are public unless a login page is added.
Replit
Step by step
Create your account. Go to
replit.comand sign up.Choose a plan. Upgrade to Core.
Set a spending limit. Go to Settings > Account > Usage > Manage limits. Set a monthly cap and turn on email alerts. This keeps costs completely predictable.
Invite our team. with Dreamteam
Invite our team member as a collaborator. Core includes up to 5 builders.
Build together. with Dreamteam
We start in Replit's Plan Mode to agree on the design, then build. We connect your Dreamteam data securely and build the first version with you. You test it in Preview as it takes shape.
Go live. Click Publish (top right). For internal dashboards, choose Workspace only or Invite only, so people sign in before viewing. Click Review security, then Publish.
Make it yours. Ask Replit's Agent for changes whenever you like. After changes, click Republish so your team sees them. Optional: add the Git tool to keep a copy of your code on GitHub.
Keep usage low
Keep your spending limit and alerts switched on.
Use Plan Mode for bigger changes.
Use the lighter agent modes for small tweaks, and the most powerful mode only when needed.
Plans and pricing
Plan | Price | Included |
|---|---|---|
Starter | Free | Limited use; apps are taken down after 30 days |
Core (Recommended) | $20 / month | $20 of monthly credits, up to 5 builders |
Pro | $100 / month | 15 builders, 50 viewers, credits roll over |
Hosting is billed from your credits and is usually small for an internal dashboard.
Path B: Claude
Claude is an AI assistant you can simply talk to. Dreamteam has its own connector for Claude, so once connected, Claude understands your pipelines, deals, contacts, companies and meetings.
You ask
"Show me this quarter's open pipeline by stage, and the deals that haven't moved in two weeks."
Claude pulls your data and builds the report as an interactive dashboard, right next to your chat, and you refine it by talking to it. Choose this path for your own analysis: reports you look at now and then, for yourself or a few colleagues, where you don't need always-current numbers or controls over who has access.
The self-serve path, great for personal analysis and occasional reports.
What we give you
Dreamteam already connects to Claude, so Claude understands your CRM from the very first chat. To get you started even faster, we share a ready-made skill and instruction set built for Dreamteam reporting. You simply add it to Claude, and you're ready to go.
Step by step
Add what we share with you. Paste the instructions or upload the skill into Claude. It takes a minute.
Ask for the report you want. In your own words, just like you'd ask a colleague.
Make it yours. Refine it by chatting: change a chart, add a filter, or compare with last quarter.
You've got this, and we've got you. This path is designed so you can run with it on your own. Whenever you'd like a hand, a fresh idea or a new skill, we're only a message away.
Path A or Path B?
Path A: Builders | Path B: Claude | |
|---|---|---|
Who uses it? | Your whole team, or many people | Mostly you, or a few colleagues |
How often? | Every day, as part of how you work | Now and then, when a question comes up |
Data freshness | Always up to date | A snapshot from when you ask |
Access control | Yes, you decide who can open it | Not needed |
Plenty of teams use both: Claude to explore on your own and find the numbers that matter, then a builder to turn them into an always-on dashboard for the whole team.
What it costs
The same for either path: a one-time cost to build your first report, then a flat monthly plan to keep it running.
Let's build your first report
Tell your Dreamteam contact which path sounds right and what you'd love your first report to show. We'll set up a quick kickoff, build it with you, and make sure your team feels confident taking it wherever you want to go next.
We can't wait to see what you build.
Platforms update often, so please confirm on their pricing page before signing up.
